European Exchange

Because great English is no longer a luxury.
It’s a necessity.

European Exchange is the brainchild of Tim Martinz-Lywood, a translator, author and copywriter born in London and based in Vienna. The company specialises in translating German copy into great international English with a young, businesslike feel, while building strong long-term relationships with its clients.

European Exchange translates with passion, while never forgetting the importance of punctuation. After two decades in the business, translation is the bedrock of the European Exchange service.

We have grown to become one of Vienna’s top German-English translation providers, creating great translated copy in English for use in social media, websites, advertising, legal documents, press articles and magazines.

Business English

European Exchange’s Business English training courses let you focus on developing important skills – communication,  presentation, negotiation, pitching, socialisation or chairing a meeting.

Our courses are short and target-based.

Courses consist of one two-hour class a week, for four weeks, and are taught at your place of work by qualified, experienced Business English trainers. Whether you want to negotiate a deal, chair a meeting, give a presentation or have dinner with a foreign business partner, you need to be able to do so well in English.
